Parth is billed manually, one period at a time: there's no subscription running in the background to cancel.
When you pay for a plan (Beginner or Pro), that payment activates access for a 30-day period from the date of payment. No card or payment method is stored, and nothing is charged automatically after that. When the period ends, your school's admin simply comes back to the Subscription page and pays again to continue. If you don't pay again, access pauses; nothing keeps charging you in the background.
Because nothing auto-renews, there's no separate "cancel" action needed: you cancel simply by not making the next payment. Your school's data is not deleted when a period lapses; it stays intact and access resumes as soon as you pay again.
Payments for a period already activated are non-refundable, including if you choose to stop using Parth partway through a paid period. If a payment was deducted but your plan was not activated due to a technical error on our end, contact us at happyabundance55@gmail.com with your payment reference and we'll investigate and resolve it, including a refund if the fault was ours.
New schools get a free trial period with no payment required. If you decide not to continue, simply stop using the account: there is nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged.
