Parth is billed manually, one period at a time — there's no subscription running in the background to cancel.
When you pay for a plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro), that payment activates access for a 30-day period from the date of payment. No card or payment method is stored, and nothing is charged automatically after that — when the period ends, your school's admin simply comes back to the Billing page and pays again to continue. If you don't pay again, access pauses; nothing keeps charging you in the background.
Because nothing auto-renews, there's no separate "cancel" action needed — you cancel simply by not making the next payment. Your school's data is not deleted when a period lapses; it stays intact and access resumes as soon as you pay again.
Payments for a period already activated are non-refundable, including if you choose to stop using Parth partway through a paid period. If a payment was deducted but your plan was not activated due to a technical error on our end, contact us at happyabundance55@gmail.com with your payment reference and we'll investigate and resolve it, including a refund if the fault was ours.
New schools get a free trial period with no payment required. If you decide not to continue, simply stop using the account — there is nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged.
