Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before creating a school account on Parth.

1. About Parth

Parth is a web-based management tool for driving schools, covering student enrollment, in-vehicle attendance, fee tracking, government form generation (Form 14/15), and related administrative tasks. It's provided as a subscription service billed to the driving school ("you", "your school").

2. Accounts

A school account is created by its owner/admin via Google Sign-In. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (student records, fees, attendance) and for controlling access to your school's admin and instructor logins.

3. Plans, trial & billing

New schools get a free trial period with full access, no payment required. After the trial, continued access requires paying for a plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro — pricing shown on the pricing page, in INR). Billing is manual and period-based, not an auto-renewing subscription — see Refunds & Cancellations for exactly how that works. Each plan has a student-count limit; exceeding it requires upgrading to a higher plan.

4. Your data

Student, fee, and attendance records you enter belong to your school. Parth stores this data (via Google Firebase) to provide the service and does not sell it. You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you collect from your own students (e.g. obtaining appropriate consent to store their details).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Parth to:

  • Store or process data you don't have the right to collect;
  • Attempt to access another school's data or bypass account/billing restrictions;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the service.

6. Service availability

Parth is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis. While we aim for reliable uptime, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for losses arising from temporary outages, third-party service issues (e.g. Firebase, Cashfree), or data entry errors made within your own account.

7. Termination

You may stop using Parth at any time by simply not renewing your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including non-payment beyond a reasonable grace period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Parth after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
